I’m so glad you are here!  I am Michelle Rembert, a Certified Professional Coach, Speaker, and Workshop facilitator. I am passionate about helping stressed-out, overwhelmed leaders stress less, live more, and create a life you love – mind, body, & beyond.

Working one-on-one in a coaching engagement is a powerful way to make change in your life. Mastermind

A mastermind is an intensive coaching approach that occurs when 2 or more minds come together to form a powerful 3rd mind.  You are supported to think bigger and move forward more quickly toward your goals through the power of shared insights, creative brainstorming, collaboration and accountability.

Speaking / Workshops

I facilitate workshops that range from 1 hour, ½ day, full-day, or 2-day retreats.  Some popular topics that I present on include Stress Management, Compassion Fatigue, Mindfulness, Conversational Intelligence, and Resiliency.

Corporate Wellness

I provide a range of topics/activities for workplace wellness, including lunch-n-learns, Desk Yoga, Yoga for Stress Relief, Mindfulness and Meditation.
